First: add the QL name ' QLM ' to your QL friends list, then use the commands below.
If the bot is online, your friend request will be accepted instantly. Here is the full command list (updated March 29, 2013):

About QLM
What is this?
QLM is a message relay and helper system for Quake Live. It is included in QLPrism v4.38 by default. You can:
- Advertise that you're looking for a duel (sends message with your current server & ELO information to multiple QuakeNet IRC channels and online QLM users)
- Advertise that your clan is looking for a CA/CTF/TDM clan match (sends message with your server, your ELO and the average of your clan's ELO) to multple QuakeNet channels and QLM users
- Auto-update your QLRanks elo whenever you disconnect from a duel, capture the flag, clan arena, or team deathmatch server.
- Manually update your QLRanks elo from Quake Live itself, instead of having to go to IRC #QLRanks
- Send messages from the chatbox on the QL website or from in-game (/tell_buddy) to all other users who use QLM
- Send messages from IRC to in-game players who also use QLM
- Send a message from one QuakeNet IRC channel to all other channels that the QLM bot is in
The purpose of this system is to make QL-related announcements, find players, organize games, etc. It is not to be used for spam. Improper uses will get you banned. We are located in #QLmsg on irc.quakenet.org (click here to connect to QuakeNet).
Current Channels
The QLM bot is currently on a few channels on QuakeNet.To reduce spam, there are options so your channel can be set to only receive certain types of messages. For example: TDM channels can be set to only receive
messages from clans looking for TDM matches and DUEL channels can be set to only receive duel requests, instead of receiving ALL
messages from in-game.
If you would like the QLM bot on your channel, ask in #qlmsg on irc.quakenet.org or send a PM to syncore.
